An initial Bach Flower Session usually lasts around 75 minutes. Emotion based flower remedy choices will be made and you will leave with your bottle of Personal Mix prepared during the session (or it can be posted to you*) A 30ml Personal Mix bottle lasts for approximately 21 days.
