An initial Bach Flower Session usually lasts around 60/75 minutes. Emotion based Flower Remedy choices will be made and you will leave with your bottle of Personal Mix prepared during the session (or it can be posted to you*) A 30ml Personal Mix bottle lasts for approximately 21 days.
